Bro... your sleep routine is ruining your face
Here's exactly how I fixed my looks by improving my sleep
I fixed my sleep and my face literally changed.
Less puffiness. Better skin. Way more energy.
Here’s everything I do now — line by line.
I get outside within 30 minutes of waking up. Even if I’m tired. Even if it’s cloudy.
10–20 minutes of real sunlight resets your entire system. It works.
I try to train early in the day. Morning workouts hit way harder for hormone benefits.
I stop eating 3+ hours before bed. Going to sleep full made me wake up feeling inflamed.
No caffeine past the afternoon. Even if you think you can handle it — it still ruins your deep sleep.
One hour before bed, I shut it all down. No scrolling. No overhead lights. Just chill.
Room stays cold — around 65°F. It’s uncomfortably perfect.
I use a sleep mask. Total game-changer for deep rest.
If there’s noise, I’ll throw on brown noise or earplugs.
Sometimes I take magnesium glycinate and glycine — they knock me out clean.
This kind of sleep literally makes you look better. Especially if you’re still a teenager.
